What I Build
Storefronts, event sites, blogs, portfolios, booking systems, course and class sites — and custom apps for when a website isn't the right tool for the job.
Most websites launch in two to four weeks. Apps depend on what they have to do, which is what the discovery sprint sorts out.
Part of my job is telling you which one you actually need. Sometimes that's a smaller project than you envisioned.
"I'd rather understand your business before I quote it. Thirty minutes, no charge.”

Apps
Step One: Discovery Sprint
A 90-minute working session where we map exactly what your app needs to do. You leave with a user flow, a feature list, a rough plan, and a fixed quote — yours to keep, whether you build with me or not. The $600 comes off your build.
From $600
Step Two: The App Build
When a website isn't the right tool — ordering systems, member portals, internal dashboards, anything with logins and moving parts — I design and build it custom, around exactly how your business runs.
Every build is scoped and quoted from your discovery sprint, so the price is exact before a line of code — no surprise invoices
Simpler builds (one type of user, straightforward features) start at $6,000
More complex builds — multiple user roles, live updating, real-time sync — run $9,000–$12,000
Your $600 sprint fee comes off the build price
See one live: waitless.events
From $6,000
Post Launch Maintenance
Care plan — $175/month: updates, edits, monitoring, and priority response when you need a change
Anything outside the original scope — $95/hour, always quoted before I start
Frequently Asked Questions

Most businesses need a website, it's how people find you and reach you. An app is for when a website can't do the job: ordering systems, member logins, real-time tools, anything with moving parts your customers use again and again. If you're not sure, that's exactly what the free call is for. Sometimes less really is more.
-
My fee is for design and build. The site itself lives on Squarespace, which you pay for directly. That way it's your account, your keys, no middleman. Most service businesses run about $23/month on annual billing; if you're selling products, plan for a bit more. A realistic all-in year, once you add a domain and any extras, lands around $300–$500. I'll recommend exactly which plan you need before you pay for anything.

There isn’t one. The first call is always free. The $600 sprint comes later, and only for apps, because that's real work: we map exactly what your app has to do and you walk away with a plan and a fixed quote you own, whether you build with me or not. It also comes off your build price. Websites don't need it, those we can scope on the free intro call.

Every package includes revision rounds while we build. After launch, small edits and updates are covered if you're on a care plan ($175/month). One-off changes outside that are billed at $95/hour, always quoted before I start — no surprise invoices, ever.

Most websites launch in two to four weeks; a store or booking setup runs a little longer, three to five. Apps depend entirely on what they do, which is what the sprint sorts out. The honest bottleneck is usually content — the faster you get me your photos and copy, the faster you're live.

You own everything — your domain, your Squarespace account, your files. There's no lock-in and nothing held hostage. If you ever want to take it elsewhere or bring it in-house, it's already yours to walk away with.
