TRFQ was growing on word of mouth alone, with no website to point anyone to. Events were getting traction faster than the owner could keep people updated on where the bar would be next. So I built a multipage site that acts as the company's home base — what they do, where they'll be, and what's coming up — so a curious follower can get the full picture without asking, and the owner can stop answering the same question in every DM.

My own work was scattered — a Substack in one place, a photography portfolio in another, and nowhere to send someone who wanted both. A mobile bar owner told me his events were bleeding money at the bar. Lines got long, patrons walked, and every person who gave up was a drink he never sold. So I built Waitless — patrons order from their phone and skip the queue entirely, while manager, bartender, and kitchen work the orders from a live queue on the other side. Age verification is built in, because a bar app that ignores the law isn't a bar app. Patrons wait less. The work gets lighter.
